Storytelling, in motion.

At 1108 our goal is to engage viewers through a variety of mediums, including cinema and documentary storytelling. Below are some examples of the creative work we’ve produced so far.

“She's Mine Now”

1108's second short film follows an assassin who takes in the dog of a couple she has recently murdered.

“Missing You”

1108's first short sets its narrative inside the suburbs of Northern Virginia in early summer 2020. As civil engagement and unrest grow in nearby DC a somber middle-aged man struggles to get over a woman he was never that close with.

Shot in the summer of 2021 in Chantilly, Virginia, with a cast and crew of over 10 people, the project is 1108's second largest production to date. On March 1, 2022 the film premiered at the Richmond International Film Festival where it was nominated for the "Grand Jury Prize". The full-length short is now available online and can be viewed in the link above.

“Tell Me About You”

A series of candid interviews with various loved ones.

Southern Road Trip

In March of 2021 we took a road trip from Falls Church, VA to Ft. Lauderdale, FL - gathering photos and video along the way.

Deltona, FL

An old high-school friend, Mark Robic, now calls the Central Florida community home. Building and breaking down choppers in his garage, Mark was an easy subject to spotlight.

Hugh Birch State Park

Located in the heart Ft. Lauderdale, the park provides a variety of walking paths, bridges, and lookouts to enjoy the swampland’s Flora and Fauna.
